food can be a bit dry like it's been there a while But still taste good and a fair amount of variety

Not good: most of the buffet seemed like it was left over from much earlier in the day, dried out, stuck to the pans, limited options. Also, staff was rude, as we were the last diners there at 8pm (the told us they were open untill 9), they started to clean up, crashing around and dismantling the buffet, pausing periodically to glare at us. You can do a lot better for $16.
