  Nice location and its pet friendly. They went into our room when we said it wasnt necessary, the owner had taken my wash cloth that had my toothbrush on it and she left my toothbrush in the drain of the sink. They also charged us for the night we were leaving. They also were gossiping about the Riviera camp ground next door though the Riviera people are really nice

  First of all, the owners are some of the nicest loveliest people people there are, they put so much effort and love into the motel. It is a shame they decided to buy this place though, as while the sheets and towels were amazingly clean, the place has a run down feeling, which is again at no fault of the owners or staff, it's just a really old building. I would recommend you go to chat with them and visit their fishing shop though if your wanting to fish in Grand Forks, but otherwise I would go to the Western Traveler Motel for a clean modern motel stay.

  I found it a bit pricey for the disheveled room I got. Found spiders and webs in the bathroom and the laundry room was unusable for the same reason. Better, cheaper rooms available at the Riverside Motel. They were full.
